Conventional extinguishing agents such as powder, foam and CO2 have have proved to be futile in frying oil fire. Water as extinguishing agent must be avoided! Water can cause an explosive fire. The extinguishing agent Wet Chemical is specifically designed for fir in frying oil.

With an Automatic extinguishing system installed to protect areas where fire in frying oil is a risk, it is ensured that the spescial agent Wet Chemical is released directly on the starting fire. The system can detect fire and be triggered automatically, or can be triggered manually.
