PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE
Protecting your personal data is key to us here at NOHA. This privacy policy and the terms of use (referred to jointly below as "the terms") are applicable to our website and other digital services such as blogs, email subscriptions and recording of data by means of forms ("digital channels").
This version is updated 29.06.2018.
The terms control everything we do when it comes to collecting, processing and using data. They also relate to your rights as regards access, amendment and deletion of personal data relating to you. You consent to the terms by using our digital channels. You should avoid using our digital channels if you disagree with the data practice as described in the terms.
PRIVACY POLICY
TERMINOLOGY
A number of important terms are defined here:
- Personal data is any data that can be linked to you as an individual, either directly or indirectly. See the section entitled “What personal data do we process?” for information on the types of personal data that we process.
- Anonymised data is data where we have removed all identifiable elements so that it is no longer possible to link the data to you as an individual.
- Personal data processing is any use of personal data, including collection, storage, amendment, compilation, submission and deletion.
- Our “digital channels” include our website and other digital services such as blogs, email subscriptions and recording of data by means of forms.
HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?
The data that we collect about you is dependent on which of our digital channels you use and what data you give us when you register, make purchases or in other contexts.
We collect personal data that:
- you provide to us when you make a purchase or register for our services, subscribe to our newsletters and blogs, fill in a form or contact us.
- is recorded automatically when you use our digital channels.
You are not obliged to provide us with personal data, but if you choose not to it is possible that we will be unable to provide you with our services as we will be unable to bill you for services or send you data that you request, for example.
We have profiles / pages on social media. When you visit these pages, such as our company page on Facebook, the social media, such as Facebook, will process your personal information and use cookies. More information about how the social media processes personal information and how they use cookies can be found in the respective social media, such as Facebook’s Privacy and Cookies pages. In some cases, we may use this information through the social media to show you targeted ads.

NAVIGATION DATA
COOKIES
We use cookies and similar technologies in our digital channels. Cookies help us to establish which parts of our digital channels are most popular, as well as providing information on what pages users are visiting and how long they are remaining on each page. This data is used for development and analysis of services and targeted advertising on the Internet, for example. See section 9 for more information about our use of cookies.

TRACKING PIXELS
We use tracking pixels (e.g. clear gifs, web beacons, web bugs) that help us to improve our digital channels by telling us what content is being displayed. Tracking pixels are tiny graphic elements with unique identifiers that are similar in function to cookies and are used to track user behaviour online. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the user’s hard drive, tracking pixels are incorporated invisibly in our digital channels or emails. This allows us to gauge the effects of our marketing. Information that we gather from emails is linked to customers’ personal data.

We may use third party companies when we advertise online. These companies use cookies and tracking pixels to collect data about your activities on this and other websites in order to offer you targeted advertising based on your interests. If you no longer wish to receive such information with a view to providing you targeted advertising, you can unsubscribe via this website: http://www.youronlinechoices.eu/. Remember, this will not prevent you seeing any form of advertising. You will still see general advertising.
